This policy transparently explains what data Angelus Guardian collects, how it is used and protected, and what your rights are.
1. What data we collect
We collect only the data necessary for the protection service to work:
- Account data: name, email and phone.
- Trusted contacts (guardians) that you register.
- Location data during an active incident.
- Emergency events and session tracking data.
- Device information, such as battery level and connection type.
- Notification delivery history and status.
2. How we use your data
Data is used to activate your guardians, share the context of an incident in real time and keep an auditable history of what happened during the follow-up.
We do not sell your data and do not use it for advertising.
3. Sharing with guardians
Your location data and context are shared only with the guardians you chose and only during an active incident, through a temporary follow-up link.
4. Storage and processors
Data is stored on Supabase infrastructure, with row-level security (RLS). Email notifications are sent through Resend and push notifications through the Expo push service.
Data travels over encrypted connections (TLS) and is protected in transit and at rest, on monitored infrastructure.
5. Your rights
Under applicable data protection law, you have the right to:
- Access to your personal data.
- Correction of incomplete or outdated data.
- Deletion of data processed based on your consent.
- Data portability.
- Withdrawal of consent at any time.
6. Retention and deletion
You can request the deletion of your account and data through the official support channels (privacidade@angelusguardian.com) or via the dedicated data deletion page. Some records may be retained when legally required.
