Account & Data Deletion

Last updated: June 12, 2026

You can request deletion of your account and data at any time. This page explains how to make the request, what is removed, what may be retained for legal reasons, and the estimated timeframe.

1. How to request deletion

Send a deletion request to privacidade@angelusguardian.com from the email registered on your account, with the subject "Data deletion".

  • Use the email associated with your Angelus account.
  • State that you want to delete your account and personal data.
  • You will receive a confirmation once the process is complete.

2. What data is removed

After your request is confirmed, we remove the personal data associated with your account:

  • Registration data: name, email and phone.
  • Trusted contacts (guardians) you registered.
  • History of occurrences, tracking and emergency events.
  • Protocol settings and preferences.

3. Records that may remain

Some records may be retained for a limited period when required by law, for fraud or abuse prevention, or for defense in legal proceedings. In those cases the data is restricted and not used for other purposes.

4. Removal timeframe

Deletion is processed within 30 days of confirming the request. Operational backups are overwritten within the infrastructure's regular retention cycle.
